A cornerstone of my professional journey is transitioning or “retiring” from one career/lifestyle to another. I began my journey as a statistician, first for a pharmaceutical company than for a fortune 100 food company . Through an MBA, I then retired from the statistical role, transitioning to a business manager, and then to acquiring new products/businesses for the company.
After 20 years of corporate life, I knew I needed to take a step back to reflect on who I was and wanted to be, and to explore my true passions. This led me to move beyond business strategies to better understand people and their motivations.
Following this new direction, I started facilitating CEO roundtables and coaching senior executives, helping them to tap into their potential and drive strategic growth. I now combine coaching senior executives with strategic consulting. I am currently working with a startup company that is integrating VR technology with innovative behavioral therapy to combat addiction. This, of all my work, is the most important thing to help make it happen.
