Marvin Smith

Contributing Editor

Marvin Smith is 82 years old and has seen it all (almost). An accomplished retired executive with Westinghouse, General Electric, Synectics, and a consultant to CEOs across the country, Marvin refused to allow the challenges of growing-up a Black man deter him from success. He could have chosen to be bitter at the hardships he encountered, but instead worked hard, practiced his craft, and excelled to a point where he found peace with success in spite of the discrimination he encountered. His writing is thoughtful, informative, and a must-read for people of all ages.

It's just that some of the internal messaging is changing.
